In Neohorouda, we produce a special yellow cheese of superior quality as it is the only one produced from a mixture of three types of fresh local milk (cow, sheep and goat). It is fermented in a traditional way and matures for at least three months on special shelves. A process as special and exciting as its taste! Enjoy it daily in sandwiches, snacks, etc.
