Preheat oven according usually 250-275°.
On a baking sheet , roll out the crescent dough to create one large piece, overlapping and gently crimping sections together where needed exact as in Sweet Pie with Manouri recipe.
Spread the slices of apple in the center of the dough. Place theManouri PDO in the middle above the apple slices. ;Over Manouri put the rest of the apple slices. Spread cinnamon powder over them. Finally put Honey above all the ingredients as you can see on the pictures.
Carefully wrap Manouri PDO with the dough delicately crimping the edges to keep in place.
Bake in preheated oven according to crescent roll directions (about 15 minutes) or until crescent dough begins browning.
When finished baking, transfer baked Manouri PDO with a spatula to a serving dish.
Serve warm or cold.
