Salty Cake with pepper

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g. Feta Tsantila PDO ARVANITI
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 250g flour
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt Himalayan
  • 3 colored peppers (half of each)

Directions

Cut the peppers into pieces. Break the eggs and put them in a large bowl and whisk. Add the sugar and flour. Mix. Add Feta Tsantilas and peppers. Put the mixture in leotard,put oil into leotard and bake in the oven for about an hour at 170 degrees. It is better for half an hour to cover it with aluminum foil to avoid burning.
