Dip with Tsantila Goat cheese

Ingredients

  • 100g Tsantilas goat cheese ARVANITI at room temperature
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 small clove of garlic, grated
  • 1 ktg bukovo
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (plus one more for garnish)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the mixture becomes frothy and the herbs are well mixed.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl

Just before serving, sprinkle with extra olive oil and garnish with several dill leaves.
