Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 green salad (spinach, etc.)
  • 4 pieces dried tomatoes
  • walnuts, pomegranate
  • Manouri PDO cut frames or round slices
  • MATERIALS FOR DRESSING
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 sundried tomatoes
  • salt – pepper

Directions

In a large bowl cut by hand lettuce, spinach and arugula. Puree in a blender and put the dressing over the salad mix and share on dishes or in a large bowl. Bake the Manouri in a hot surface or in a pan with olive oil and put it on the salad. Sprinkle with walnuts and grated ntekorarete with pomegranate.
