SPANAKOPITA (Greek spinach pie)

Ingredients

  • 400g Feta ARVANITI
  • 600g Myzithra ARVANITI
  • 1 kg chopped spinach
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 box of ready-made crust sheet for savory pies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

IMPLEMENTATION:

In a bowl, place the spinach, onions, feta cheese, mizithra, egg, salt, pepper, oil and mix well. Put a little oil in a pan and then put 4-5 leaves at the bottom of the pan. Grease each sheet with a little oil. Then we put the filling we prepared. On the top, we put 4-5 more leaves in the same way.

We carve the surface with a knife so that the pie does not swell. Put it in the oven at 180C for 3 minutes.
