Fromagerie ARVANITI supports Greek livestock, using only Greek fresh milk for the production of all ARVANITI cheeses.
Our Fromagerie is close to local producers, as Kleanthis Geitsidis who, although he is a young farmer, keeps the livestock tradition of his father and grandfather.
Kleanthis corral is located in Polydendri, Langadas in a distance only 25 km from our Fromagerie.
His 300 goats and sheep graze freely clover, burr and yew at the hilly grasslands of the area.
He milks his animals twice a day by hands and with the help of his sister and father.
The fresh milk is delivered with our tanks to the Fromagerie, so that it can be pasteurized and get directly to the cheese production process.
Kleanthis continues the livestock tradition of his grandparents, lives his family and provides Greek fresh milk every day, so that you can taste the authentic traditional ARVANITI cheeses.
