CHEFI RISSOTO GREEK SALAD

Υλικά

  • 700ml olive oil
  • 100gr chicken broth
  • 100gr Arborio rice
  • ½ onion dry
  • 100gr 3 colors peppers
  • 50gr pitted olives, sliced
  • oregano
  • 150gr fresh tomatoes frame
  • 150gr cream
  • 50gr butter
  • 50gr Kefalotiri
  • 100gr chopped cucumber
  • 100gr Feta PDO

Εκτέλεση

Put the olive oil in a saucepan and saute the onion slightly. Add the rice and saute too. Slowly add the broth over low heat and stir constantly. When the rice is soft enough, add the peppers, olives, sour cream and stir. Τhen add the tomatoes, oregano, butter and Kefalotiri. Serve with fresh cucumber and some crumbled feta.
